Delivery Information

To confirm your order, we will contact you on the phone you provided. If the phone is wrong, incomplete or no one responds, the order will be held until the situation is clear and so after a conversation with you, we will specify the most convenient delivery method for you. All deliveries are made within three business days.

Terms of Order:
1. Properly entered customer name.
2. Correctly entered phone number.
3. Correct shipping address entered. (if you wish to receive the shipment at Econt's office, please enter the name or address of the office)

IMPORTANT!

When you receive your order, whether it is in the courier's office or at the address you specify, you must carefully review the status of the item that is in the package.
 All shipments are shipped with paid insurance, but it is only valid if the goods have been inspected in the presence of the courier.

Promotions and discounts on shipment:

Shipments up to 100lv. no matter the pounds are taken by the customer, but they use 10% of the courier services.
Shipments between 100lv. and 200lv. to 2 kg. are sent at our expense and a 5% discount.
Shipments between 200lv. and 300lv to 2kg. are sent at our expense and a 7% discount.
Shipments over 300lv. and up to 2 kg. are sent at our own expense and a 10% discount.
